It is formed by 5 comfortable apartments in different sizes, fully furnished and with sat-TV, looking onto a wide garden from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of Valdera hills while sipping a glass of red wine.

Very close is the swimming pool (13,5 m. x 5,8 m. - p. 1,20-2,40) , sheltered from the north winds, where the temperature is always mild. In every season it is possible to sunbathe and relax, plunged in the silence of the Tuscan countryside.

Our appartments are as follows: 1 two rooms appartment, 2 three rooms appartments, 1 four rooms appartments.
We also have the possibility to connect 2 appartments. This allows us to welcome a group of maximum 11 persons.
All our appartments have recently be renovated, with new kitchens and all kind of modern kitchen accessories, all this combined with a typical tuscan taste.

Our appartments are located in a antique building from the XV century. From every appartment you have a wonderful view on the tuscan country.

For our guests we have a nice garden, close to a forest and a new, large swinuning pool open from early spring season, due to extremly favorite position of the swimming pool.
Our parking is next to the house.

You will find us coming from Pisa or Florence on the "Superstrada": exit: Pontedera Est, direction for Volterra. After 10 Km you follow for Forcoli.
